Emulsified Sugar Scrub

Our emulsified scrubs have all the exfoliating, moisturizing, and conditioning benefits of regular scrubs but with the added advantage or rinsing off easily and not leaving oily residue on your body or in your tub. Once emulsified, these scrubs do not separate and do not need stirring before use as unemulsified scrubs do.

The effect you get from these scrubs is dependent on how you use them. Once this product is combined with water it becomes a lotion as well as a scrub, and the sugar will begin to melt away.  Scoop out a small amount with your fingertips. Apply to skin: if applied to clean, damp or wet skin and rubbed lightly in a circular motion, you will get a mild exfoliation as the sugar dissolves, and the lotion that is left is absorbed.  If applied to clean, dry skin, you will get more exfoliation.  Once combined with water, the scrub will form a lotion that can be worked into the skin.   Rinse the remaining sugar from your skin and towel dry.

Scrubs can sometimes be too abrasive for the face.  Use with caution and avoid getting in your eyes.

Each jar of scrubs weighs approximately 9 oz.
